Meet the CWBBA Board

Kim Aitch, the new president of City Wide, is a native of the historical 2nd ward, having attended Jack Yates and Texas Southern University, as well as the over 100-year-old Franklin Beauty School.  Kim apprenticed under Barbera Marshall at Hir Station Ltd and subsequently became the technical director at Matthew and Tina Knowles' Headliners hair salon in Houston, the first African American salon in the Rice Village.  As an educator for Goldwell and Joico, a platform artist, chemical trainer, and national junior core group member of the crossover division of John Paul Mitchell systems, Kim has established herself as a prominent figure in the beauty industry.  Her expertise has been featured and is respected by numerous news stations, including local station ABC 13.

A licensed cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience in styling, fashion directing, natural hair care, scalp treatments, and makeup artistry.

Unique Interest: I am a fitness competitor.

Kevin, owner of Posh Hair Studios, is a native Houstonian.  He has been in the beauty industry for well over 24 years.  Community service, salon etiquette, cosmetology, and continuing education are a huge part of Kevin's passion.

Autumn Ayri is a natural hair stylist and business owner who has been in the Health and beauty industry for over 19 years.  She owns Lady Ayri Salon, located in the Westheimer area of Houston.  Ayri's journey into everything health and beauty started in her teenage years and has evolved from cornrows from cornrows for the girls in the neighborhood to being noted as one of the top stylists in Houston and its surrounding areas.  She graduated from Houston's Franklin Beauty Institute and has also completed advanced training with the Taylor Career Center and Aloxxi Hair Color.  A visionary and trailblazer, Ayri is the CEO of Kinky Secrets Beauty Haircare products.  When she is not running her hair styling business, Ayri spends her time educating others on natural hair care.  She is a featured speaker on the Sphere TV Network podcast titled "All Things Beauty."

Rosalyn is a visionary in the beauty field with over 30+ years in the beauty industry.  She has established herself as a distinguished master in the industry, renowned for her knowledge, creativity, and commitment to excellence.  Born with a passion for hairstyling, Rosalyn dedicates herself to honing her craft.  She has spent countless hours completing rigorous training and has mastered the art of hairstyling.  Behind the chair, she excels at blending creativity and capturing the essence of individual style for her clients.  Rosalyn's devotion to her craft extends well beyond hairstyling; she is also a specialist in Trichology.  As a trendsetter and leader in the industry, she has also inspired aspiring stylists in air and fashion by sharing her knowledge and expertise through workshops, seminars, and industry events.  Today, Rosalyn is a shining example of inspiration for so many, leaving an indelible mark on Houston's beauty and fashion industry and beyond.

Jeanette has been a cosmetologist and leader for almost 20 years. She is an instructor for Got Nails University and a Joico educator and owns and operates A Splice of Hair Salon in Houston. Additionally, she has worked as a celebrity stylist for stage plays and local and national music artists and has sponsored the TSU majorettes for the last five years. Jeanette's leadership skills enable her to identify and develop strategic execution plans. Her mission is to align herself with companies that strongly focus on community.

Parker is a Franklin Beauty School graduate and a veteran of various beauty industry roles. She owns Beauty Under One Roof, a resource and marketing company for the beauty industry. Parker mentors beauty professionals and develops growth management systems. She also creates industry-related events and campaigns.

Alice Fulton has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1987. Her passion for math and science has helped her to master cutting and chemical services by understanding the angles and lines that allow haircuts to come alive, as well as the chemical compounds and their relations. Understanding the PH balances and molecules is crucial when using chemicals to alter, reconstruct, and color hair. Customer service is Alice's passion. As the salon manager for  Maxies Barber, she grew to love and appreciate the open salon environment. Alice's expertise extends beyond cosmetology; she is also a Holistic Practitioner of Trichology. She is married and a mother of one child. Alice loves her industry and is always striving to improve her craft.
